You beat the elite four and then go to five island. Then surf up and a man will give you an egg. Togepi is in here. Then run around alot and it will hatch. You need only five pokemon so you can obtain Togepi. Then with happiness it wil evolve into Togetic.

First you absolutely, positively MUST have Pokemon Emerald (it only works in Emerald), you trade what you want to clone from another game or Emerald, then you must go to a city (not battle frontier because that makes it so you can accidentally delete your Pokemon if you do the wrong thing like I did with my Houndoom, I got a better one though, it will be stronger since it will be raised from birth), I suggest Mauville (thats the city i use). You then attach your sun stone, moon stone, master ball, TM, whatever item you want to clone to the the Pokemon you want to clone. Then you deposit the pokemon into the PC at that Pokemon center THAT ISN'T AT THE BATTLE FRONTIER, again I suggest Mauville. you must keep a Pokemon in your party that knows fly just so you can get to the next place. when you have deposited and withdrawn the Pokemon leave the Pokemon center AND SAVE!!!! YOU MUST SAVE OR THE DEPOSITED POKEMON WILL BE DELETED WHEN YOU DO THE FINAL STEP!!!!! After you save, turn off your GBA or GBA SP as a precaution. then turn it back on and fly to the battle frontier, then go to the BATTLE TOWER, MUST BE THE BATTLE TOWER!!! and withdraw your pokemon you want to clone (two of them must be usable at the battle frontier)(if you deposit ANYTHING it will be deleted. You then go to to the BATTLE TOWER LINK MULTI BATTLE THING, the battle option on the far right (don't have a link cable or a wireless adapter plugged in). you then talk to her, say you want to battle in lvl 50 and choose the Pokemon you want to enter. she will ask if you want to save, choose YES, there will be a long pause which shows that the cheat/glitch is working, it will say DO YOU WANT TO SAVE? choose YES, it will then ask if you want to overwrite your previously saved pile, you must choose NO. she will then say "Please join us again" (or something like that). then you press A and quickly shut off the power. turn it back on again and look in your party, then look in your PC and you will see that the Pokemon and items and cloned. THIS DOES WORK! I DON'T WANT TO SCREW UP YOUR GAME! IF YOU USE IT TOO MUCH IT WILL DELETE YOUR GAME, or so I've read. THIS CHEAT/GLITCH DEFINITELY WORKS! IF IT DIDN'T I WOULDN'T HAVE ABOUT 20/30 RAYQUAZAS WITH IDENTICAL TRAINER NUMBERS, IDENTICAL NATURE (hasty. GO HASTY!), IDENTICAL LEVEL (92) IDENTICAL MOVES (Fly, Ice Beam, Extremespeed & Outrage)(I'm planing to give them all different signature moves)(I'll give them a letter at the end to symbolize signature move type)(I LOVE RAYQUAZAS AND SEVIPERS!!!!), AND IDENTICAL STATS!! I REPEAT, THIS CHEAT WORKS!!! I DON'T WANT TO SCREW UP YOUR GAME!!! I JUST WANT TO SHARE THE JOY OF OWNING PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW THE CHEAT WITH A RAYQUAZA ARMY!!!! (you're stuffed if the have something faster than your Raquazas that has ice moves though) anyway, if you want clone more, save, then leave the battle frontier and start the process again. This is my Pokémon Team. I've battled all my friends and beaten them so I hope this Team works out as good for you as it did for me:
Heres how to get these Pokémon: Houndoom*: Trade a Houndour from Pokémon Emerald and train it up to Level 26. It will evolve into Houndoom. Kingra*: Get the Dragonscale and have a Seadra hold it. Trade the Seadra to one of your friends. It will evolve into Kingdra upon trading. Scizor*: Trade a Syther from Pokémon FireRed, but make sure it's holding a Metal Coat. It will evolve into Scizor upon trading. Suicune*: This Pokémon is available in both FireRed and LeafGreen. If you chose Charmander as your starting Pokémon, it will appear randomly in Kanto after you have beaten the Elite Four and finished helping Celio. Tyranitar*: Catch a Larvitar on Seven Island and train it up to Level 30, where it evolves into a Pupitar. Train it up again to Level 55 and it will evolve into a Tyranitar. Dragonite*: Catch a Dratini in the Safari Zone, then train it up to Level 30. It will evolve into a Dragonair. Then train it up again to Level 55 and it will evolve into a Dragonite.
*Phew* There ya have it. One strong Pokémon Team.

I caught a level 20 polywhirl, 44 sandslash 42 primape, 46 onix and 40 fearow with FULL HEALTH with this so try this. When you throw the POKEBALL hold A+b until it finished bouncing. then hold B + select until its caught!
