u can get kyogre by going to the weather institute talk to the if he says it is a high rain on route any go to that route to get kyogre or u can catch him when kyogre and groudon are fighting for groudon is also the same but the man must say there is a sunny day on any route

You must first get Waillord and Relicanth. Then, go to Pacifidlog City. Go left into the currents. You will see a square in the water. Dive down then go into the cave. Get to the end of the cave. You will see Braille on the wall. While in front of the Braille, dive up. You will be in a cave. Go to the end of the wall and use Dig to enter the next room. You must have Waillord first in your party and Relicanth last. Then, read the Braille. The ground will shake and the caves will now be open. One is in the desert and the other is in the water in near Deleford Town.
Catch Lati@s in less then 5 minutes.
1.) Buy 5 of any kind of repel. 2.) Go get the Acro Bike. 3.) Get a LV40 Pokemon and put it in the lead (Preferably Wobbuffet). 4.) Go to the Bike Path Entrance north of Slateport. 5.) Go into the grass patch right outside of the entrance and get on the Acro Bike. 6.) Use a repel and hop on the bike for about 20 seconds (Hold A). 7.) If it doesn't appear, enter the building and then exit. The Lati@s position should reset. 8.) Repeat steps 5-7 until it appears. You should find it within a few minutes!

The cave of Regice is northwest of Dewford island. There is Braille in the back of the cave of Regice. The statement reads "Stay close to the wall. Run around the lap." Regirock: To find the cave of the rock titan Regirock, you must have the Go-Goggles so that you may enter the desert. Once in the desert, go south to the bottom and enter the cave. In the back you will see the Braille in the back. Go to the back of the room and read it. The message translated reads "Left, Left, Down, Down. Then use Rock Smash." From the middle of the Braille on the wall move left, left, down, and down. Go with a Pokemon that knows Rock Smash and use it. The cave door will open. Save the game, then start the battle with Regirock. Note: Bring a lot of Ultra Balls.
Registeel: To find the cave of Registeel, go to Lilycove City. Go west through the grass and trainers. When you reach the area of the Safari Zone, keep moving. You will reach a place with a girl. Just above her are stairs. You must go up. Go through the very tall grass and go up the stairs behind it. The cave will not be too far after the stairs. Once inside, read the Braille at the back of the room. It reads "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle." The riddle means that you should go to the middle of the room and use Flash. The cave door will open. Be careful with Registeel. This Pokemon is more difficult than the others to capture. Try bringing a lot of Ultra Balls or prolong the battle as long as you can by freezing it or putting it to sleep. After many turns the Timer Ball will have gained a lot of strength, and it might work against the Registeel

you need to go to the safari zone and catch a lot of pikachu's ( just use the step "cheat"). then after a lot i mean a lot of captured pikachu's you shouldt get a ligth ball (takes a long time). then put it on a female pikachu and put in into the daycare with a ditto ( can be catch at fossil maniacs house after beaten the elite four) and after a while you got a egg hatch it and you got a sweet little pichu with volt tackle ( damage 120 accurary 100 .) hint: hatching egg's hatch at half the time if you have a pokemon there have flame body

First go to the mossdeep place and go to shoalcave and outside of it there should be a dive spot and dive in there and kyogre is in there. To get groudon u have 2 go 2 route 118 and there is a cave there and u find groudon in there.ONLY AFTER U HAVE DONE THE LEAGUE AND TALKED 2 THE WEATHER INSTITUTE MAN AND OPENED THE REGIS CHAMBERS.

first get a male horsea. evolve it into a seadra. keep leveling it up until it is level 51 where it learns hydro pump. then go to meteor falls and catch a female bagon. they are where you found tm iron tail. put those two pokemon in the day care until the old guy gives you an egg. hatch it and bagon knows hydro pump, rage,and bite

This takes many steps but it is totally worth it. 1.Go to battle tower and save in front of the pc. 2.deposit the pokemon you want to duplicate in seprate empty boxes. 3.Exit the pc and save the game. 4.Withdraw the pokemon and talk to lady on the far right. 5.The game should delay for about1 second before a menu comes up confirming the save. 6.Turn the power off when that menu starts to come up. You should get an [I]exact[/I] copy of that pokemon in your pc.
This works with items too.

After you defeat the Elite Four, go to your house and watch the television downstairs. After you watch it, your mom will ask you what color the Pokemon is. If you say Red, you will find Latias. If you say Blue, it will be Latios.
