Get onto the freeway in Rockport and just keep following it round theres plenty of room to dodge the suv's and those annoying road blocks it may take a while but it works trust me you just need to use every trick you know.

when you beat a blacklist rival and you get to pick 2 markers pick the performance upgrade then press and hold the left button and time it so when you press 'X' you will pick a ? marker and you will get the pinkslip to your rivals car!
i don't know if this works but i am 90% sure it does

[B]If you get busted for the third time with your only car then a box that says game over pops up. Just [U]DON'T PRESS "OK"! go over to your ps2 and reset it. Then after the game loads its like the pursuit never happened.
