I have a way to get one in a few goes! Get a Pokemon that knows SWEET SCENT and go to the top of Mt.Pyre and go to the TOP RIGHT and there will be an alley that has grass in it go to the lowest space in this alley. Once standing on the lowest space in the alley start using SWEET SCENT and within a maximum of 10 goes you will get him. in Ruby there is 3.00% chance of it being a Male. In Saphire there is 3.00% chance of it being Female.

Hello! I'm going to give u an easy way 2 get latios/latias.
1. Buy a super repel at a pokemart. 2. Go 2 the bike road near Slateport. 3. Use repel and enter the bike road. 4. Exit the bike road and search near the grass 4 a couple of steps.
*continue repeting steps 3 & 4 (excluding the repel)

first get a wailord by traning wailmer to lv 40 and then catch a relicanth from route 126 (i think thats wher u get it from) then go to the sealed cahmber and use dig at the big wall at the front of room one a then go to the wall straight ahead in room 2 and just read it for about 5 minutes but make sure wailord is first in your party and relicanth is last then there will be a earth qauke and the doors are open

get a pichu and then be friendly to it.it will evolve to a pikachu.then let the pikachu get to lvl 27 and buy the tm thunder[tm 25] teach it thunder. then find a thunderstone and use it. Raichu will level up faster than Pikachu.That's how to get the best Raichu possible

Now you will notice a small time gap.

you have to get 200 pokemon, then go to moseep city and go to the space center and talk to one of the men and says that was a sussful launch 10. then you can go to outer space and catch jirach. (have at least 50 ultra balls or a masterball.)

You need to go home first in front of the tv. leave it over night BUT, do not charge it while this is happening.the next day press B once after you have left it on for the whole night and WHALAA!!! 2) talk to the club chiarman in slateport city
3)if done right you'll get a colored scarf that willhelp win contests (difrent help with differnt contests. you can get upto 5)
to get jurachi you need to go to the wierdo in the white jacket in mossdeep space station he will tell you how many times the spaceship went into space once it reaches 100(it takes awhile but its worth it) you can go to space and catch him but he keeps fleeing so use wobbuffet

To get Rayquaza you have to beat the elite four one time(you need the mach bike).Next you have to fly to pacificlodge town.surf up,then go west.you will see two swimmers looking in oppisit dirrections.When you see them go up.follow the rocks and you will see a cave,go to the end of the cave and you will see skypiller.Go in sky piller.use your mach bike andride through thre crakes.Whene you get to the top you will find Rayquaza.he's hard so have a lot of ultra balls. note:In skypiller you will find strong pokemon.I found an Altaria level 80.
