1.First get a really good pokemon,(like kyroger,[sorry for spelling!] =D.)And you will also need a good item,(like a master ball!). 2.Next you will give your rare or good pokemon the good item. 3.Next you need to save your game in the pokemon center.Have your friend save to. 4.Have your friend get a pokemon that he/she no longer wants. 5.Now you trade your pokemon to your friend. 6.Now turn off your game. 7.When you turn your game back on, you will still have your pokemon. But so will your friend! 8.Now have your friend trade your pokemon back.Now you will have 2 of them!Both with good items! =D

Go to Petalburg. Enter the Pokemon Center. By the PC is a man. I think he iss there only later on in the game though. He will ask for a 4 word phrase. Say MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING. If done right he will say somthing like "Oh, you know the secret saying! You are now an official member of the club!." Once he has said this save and swith off the game boy. NOT whilst saving though as it can short wire the game boy. Yes, I am talking to whoever sent in the cloning cheat!!!. Anyway, switch back on. When the screen PRESS START appears, and the screen with COTINUE, NEW GAME, and OPTIONS are, there should be MYSTERY EVENTS option. Don't know what it does but I know you need to link up.
And to and in a little extra the biggest secret base is just below Mauville City. Go to the city and go one scene south. Surf half the screen down and you should see a tree and sign. Use secret power on the left side of the tree. It is 1 and a half times bigger than any other base.

Go to fallabor town. then go through meteor falls to the other end and then go left where there is sand and a girl running(she is a trainer-Battle girl cyndy) then surf to the left of the san and go up. You will find jigglypuff there (its the only place you find jigglypuff) and there are berries afew secret bases and two trainers there.

put 2 pokemon in the daycare and then go to the mud slide thingy in the desert lace (get the acro bike and the go-goggles) then find out a way to press the up button on the mud slide, and wen ur chars unable to go up the mud slide every time leave some type of heavy thing on the up button then turn off the sound plug ur charger into ur gameboy and cover the screen and DONT TOUCH UR GAMEBOY and leave it on ovr night and ur grow around lvl 50-65 just ovr night!

How to beat the elite four easily with 4 pokémon

Ok I beat the elite four with only 4 pokémon and 11 revives and about 11 max potion things. First of all the pokémon I had were: Mightyena - Level 70 Tackle - Normal Crunch - Dark Take Down - Normal Bite - Dark
Ninetails - Level 64 Fire Spin - Fire Confuse Ray - Ghost Imprison - Psychic Flamethrower - Fire
Raichu - Level 61 Quick Attack - Normal Double Team - Normal Slam - Normal Thunderbolt - Electric
Swampert - Level 56 Dive - Water Ice Beam - Ice Waterfall - Water Surf - Water
Those were my main pokemon, my other two were a level 29 Speal and a level 29 Doduo.
First of all facing Sidney. His pokémon are: Mightyena (Level 46), Shiftry (Level 48), Cacturne (Level 46), Sharpedo (Level 48), Absol (Level 49) Take out Mightyena with your Mightyena with Take Down, then take out Shiftry, Cacturne and Absol with Ninetails's Flamethrower and Sharpedo with Thunderbolt. There should be little or no damage in this battle.
Next is Phoebe. Her Pokémon are: Dusclops (Level 48), Banette (Level 49), Sableye (Level 50), Banette (Level 49), Dusclops (Level 51) Take them all out with Mighyena's Crunch. Just use him. There should be little damage to him because Dark owns Ghost pokemon.
Next is Garcia. Her pokémon are: Glalie (Level 50), Sealeo (Level 50), Sealeo (Level 52), Glalie (Level 52), Walrein (Level 53) Take both Glalie's out with Flamethrower and the rest out with Thunderbolt with Raichu, again there shouldn't be too much damage to the team.
The last of the elite four is Drake and his Dragon pokémon. He has: Shelgon (Level 52), Altaria (Level 54), Flygon (Level 53), Flygon (Level 53), Salamence (Level 55) Take all of them out with Swamperts Ice Beam. Works a treat on them all. Again shouldn't be too much heavy damage. Heal yourself with your potions etc and move onto Steven.
Steven's pokémon: Skarmory (Level 57), Claydol (Level 55), Aggron (Level 56), Cradily (Level 56), Armaldo (Level 56), Metagross (Level 58) Take Aggron out with Ice Beam or Surf as he is really weak against that. He should go down in one. Cradily is tricky but keep hitting it with Bite and Flamethrower attacks. Skamory can be taken out with a mixture of all pokémon, im not sure what works best on him. Claydol should be taken out with Flamethrower, two or three his way should do it. Armaldo should go down with a Flamethrower and some Crunches from Mightyena. Lastly Metagross. Personally I didn't have too much of a hard time with him. I used Mightyena's Crunch and take out and he went down after a bit of a fight.

you can find the liechi berry at mirage island. you can go to mirage island by talking to the man in pacafidlog town if he says ow!!! ow!!! i can see mirage island today then you can go to there. sadly the only pokemon you can find there is a wynaut at lvl 40. Well good luck finding mirage island and the liechi berry!!!

The best starters would have to be the waters ( squirtle, totodile, mudkip) because they all can learn ice beam which can toast your rivals grass starter, plus they learn water attacks that can toast fire types too.
